Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management tool, which will give you total control over your mail accounts and e-newsletters. With this intuitive user interface, you can create a new e-mail box account in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Plus, you can forward mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, configure e-mail filters, set up auto-response messages and defend your email mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your electronic mail accounts against junk email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesired mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your emails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific e-mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming messages based on specific rules specified by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly set up an e-mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and choose the filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mails from one email box account to another, or even to a number of other email accounts. Just select the mail account you would like to forward messages from, then specify the target mailbox and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the mail client of your choice to access your email mailbox accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you would like to set up on your desktop computer or handheld device and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email box will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple email mailbox accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to easily set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will handle everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
